My personal sports year 2013 ended as it began - with the Nordic Combined World Cup in Schonach. As in january my trip started early in the morning last friday. This time I left at 4:00 a.m. because of a 4 hour car ride. The training at the hill started at 9 a.m. followed by the PCR and in the afternoon was the official training at the cross country stadium.
This time we saw two individual competitions and not like in january a team and an individual competition. The race about the "Schwarzwald-Pokal" was held on Saturday. We had great weather and we saw an exciting jumping round and after that an amazing race. As in the competitions before it was another great performance of team Norway with 4 athletes among the best 10.

On sunday it was really windy. That's why the qualification was cancelled. The jumping round should have started as planned, but the wind didn't get better, so the jumping round was cancelled as well. So the PCR, which was held on friday, was used. Right before the race it started to rain heavily. That's why I decided to go back to the car after two rounds. So I missed the end of another exciting race.
